Job Description

•Regional Business Strategy Development & Plannings: Develop and implement consumer activation strategy based on consumer insights and regional business to drive growth. Manage and coordinate channel activities, ensuring excellent regional implementation aligned with overall marketing strategies.

•party exploration and innovation:Develop 3rd party strategy with innovative implementation to precisely find and target unvaccinated consumers, explore new formats of consumer activation with continuous optimization and systematic tracking mechanism

•Cross-Functional Collaboration:Maintain strong cross-departmental communication to foster collaboration and ensure strategic alignment.

•Lead, coach, and develop an agile team with execution excellence. fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and motivate both internal and external stakeholders to achieve common objectives

• Excellent strategic planning and business planning abilities.

• Strong leadership and track records in team management

• Strong experience in managing channel activities and strong cross-departmental communication skills.

• Experience in consumer research and an analytical mindset for making data-driven decisions.

• Experience in top OTC/prescription drug retail or FMCG companies is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Personality: Outgoing, extroverted, and talkative, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
