Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring team member whose passion is to make a difference in our organization. As a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist, you will develop and coordinate new requirements for business insights through ad-hoc and automated reports through Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean and organize data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and usability for analysis.,

• Continuously maintain master data quality of key data assets (e.g. distributors sales/competitors data) through collecting and management of raw data, including mapping processes (clients, products, etc.),

• Active management of databases to identify data inconsistencies and/or gaps, act as a data owner for local market schema

• Engagement with relevant teams to ensure data quality is maintained at a high level at source (e.g. clients IDs mapping SAP/MAXX/Distributor),

• Support integration of new data sets and continuously maintain and optimize data quality. e.g. 3rd parties, cross-business integrations, etc.,

• Drive commercial and rebates analytics on a local level,

• Tracking key KPIs to measure sales performance of all commercial and marketing efforts,

• Apply data mining algorithms to extract meaningful insights from data (sales trends, market share, etc.),

• Create compelling visualizations such as charts, graphs and dashboards to effectively communicate insights through various BI systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering Sciences,

• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken,

• Technical skills such as SQL/Alteryx or similar/Power BI / Qlik Sense,

• At least 1 year experience in business analytics and BI development,

• Ability to work with huge data arrays and significant all-around accuracy in work,

• Strong understanding of Data & Analytics concepts,

• Ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
