Your key responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Work alongside the Tax Technology team to understand the overall messaging and come up with innovative designs to support internal campaigns/actions/messaging
• Design a wide spectrum of communication and marketing materials including newsletters, emails, internal web designs and apps, facilities branding designs, campaigns collaterals, flyers etc.
• Provide quality assurance of all deliverables and manage creative responsibilities of assigned projects
• Be up to date with EY global BMC branding guidelines to deliver brand-compliant designs
• Oversee any other design, platforms, documents and evaluate and assess EY brand compliance
• Participate in clients’ and team’s calls as necessary
• Improve and re design PowerPoint presentations
• Comply with all learning requirements and CE credits as well as Risk Management and general policies

Skills and attributes for success

• You should be fluent in English
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• A strong design portfolio with a variety of current, leading edge design work
• Technical skills: Graphic design, web design, Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Figma is a must
• Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
• Microsoft Office expertise is a must
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade
• Strong client approach
• A commitment and ability to work under pressure at peak times
• Good attitude and disposition, willing to help and collaborate for a common goal
