Job Responsibilities:
- Management oversight of 3 Credit Proposals Managers and their teams (approximately 35 people) responsible for executing the departmental objectives and overall performance management
- Develop and maintain key partnerships with Risk, WLS, Technology, Sales and other internal partners
- Effectively implement changes in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring team readiness
- Maintain a strong risk and control environment where processes are tested, and issues are escalated timely and resolved
- Continually evaluate processes to identify efficiencies
- Establish and maintain an effective disaster recovery plan for the team
- Create a collaborative working environment that promotes inclusion, employee engagement and a culture of teamwork and diversity
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years management experience in loan product operations or a credit environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion to drive the organization forward
- Deep experience managing complex, client impacting functions
- Ability to partner effectively with various internal groups spanning multiple businesses and functions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change in a fast-paced environment, influencing stakeholders where necessary
- Strong understanding of internal credit applications, including iCRD and Party Central
