Lead strategic planning initiatives, drive business decisions, and integrate implementation plans to support NetApp's growth objectives
Develop and implement a planning cadence that drives effective annual and quarterly planning, as well as post initiative evaluations to capture lessons learned and process improvement opportunities
Analyze existing process gaps and define solutions to close them. Drive towards simple, scalable solutions
Build accountability cadence to drive quarterly and annual business reviews for the organizations’ key initiatives, determine the right systems and tools to support the organization in monitoring and managing KPIs
Assist teams in responding to, investigating, managing, and resolving complex issues and escalations
Report on organization priority status, progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to implement initiatives and org priorities effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business operations or strategic planning, with at least 3 years in a Global Sales organization
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
