Senior Associate, Project Management - Data Strategy Engagement
About this role:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain a knowledge management system to organize versions of presentations, reports, and strategic communication materials
Extend the knowledge management system across Enterprise Data top-of-house functions and product teams, as applicable
Develop and maintain project management tracking tools to monitor tasks, deadlines, and inputs required for upcoming CDO presentations or deliverables
Create processes for version control to avoid redundancies and ensure consistency across communications
Provide transparency across Enterprise Data cross-functional leadership into upcoming presentations, topics, required inputs, deadlines, and follow on actions
Identify risks to deadlines and escalate concerns, as necessary
Ensure all CDO presentation materials are accessible, up-to-date, and meet established formatting standards
Own logistical planning for bi-annual DDO forum, including site reservations, setup, supplies, and catering
Provide support for post-event follow ups, including surveys and tracking action items
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
Attention to detail
Basic ability to generate graphs and charts in the Google product suite
Advanced slide formatting in the Google slides
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate and establish trust with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with senior executives
Problem solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, propose solutions, and adapt plans as necessary
A passion for learning and personal growth
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Military Experience or commensurate work experience
At least 1 year of experience in project, program, or communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in business, communications, or related field
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
1+ year(s) of experience working in the Tech, Data, and/or Financial Services industries
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
Experience in communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports
Experience with knowledge management systems or tools
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience managing events
