Manager, GTMIn this strategic role,you will lead the function andbe the main point of contact for Analytics within the GTM organization
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be a thought leader for Analytics within the GTM organization, leveraging your broad experience to steer the Analytics strategy
- Lead a team of 5 conducting in-depth analysis across Sales, Channel, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services and Support
- Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive package of insights for the whole GTM org,identifyingand defining regular KPIs that can be served to leadership on demand, as well as more granular ad-hoc modelling requirements
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Analytics, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of the organization through a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership across GTM, as well as Data Infrastructure, Finance and IT
- Create and deliver regular, insightful exec-ready report packages to stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and providing recommendations to maximize productivity
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a leadership role overseeing Analytics functions, preferably in hyper-growth technology organizations
- Expert in leveraging databases and visualization tools to maximize the value of information that can be provided to the business
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of hiring, developing and promoting their team members
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to go both into extreme analytical detail and to efficiently summarize complex concepts in a simple, actionable way, depending on the audience
