What you will do
• ISV deal wins and revenue (net-new)
• Account business plans and executive relationships for all assigned Tier 1 ISV Partners
• Solution certifications, boot camps, training's and overall enablement plan for all T1 ISVs and their top partners
• Sales training's to ensure ISVs and Red Hat understand ISV solution value propositions
• Introduce emerging Red Hat technologies to your partners including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Open Shift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for the ISV Programs that Red Hat Offers (negotiate agreements when necessary)
• Meet bookings growth, quota and MBO metrics
• Work closely with sales, partner and marketing teams to develop outstanding partnerships and go-to-market strategies resulting in sales of joint partner and Red Hat solutions
• Account Business Planning (CHAMP) with all managed tier 1 targeted ISVs
• Own and manage ISV account profiles, solution portfolios and pipeline in salesforce.com and other reporting tools and reporting on the business in timely manner
• Drive end-to-end collaboration with Business Units, Products and Technology, Global Partner Alliances, Global Marketing, Solution Architect and Red Hat Services teams
What you will bring
• 5+ years of software sales experience or software alliances experience with a focus on business and technical skills (Red Hat specific preferred)
• Competitive insights into how best to partner, when to compete, and how to address competitors in a partnership role
• Complete understanding of the ISV product solution development life-cycle (business and technical)
• Experience using and managing accounts and opportunities in salesforce.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Up 30% travel may be required as needed to various partners, customers, and/or events
The salary range for this position is $182,240.00 - $300,720.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
