Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations with customers in our Defense and Space business.
- Draft complex agreements.
- Provide independent analysis.
- Execute business objectives.
- Enable continuous improvement.
- Maximize financial targets.
- Lead initiatives.
- Mentor others.
- Customer support.
- Resolve high-level disputes.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in commercial or government contracting or advanced graduate degree with five plus years of experience in commercial or government contracting
- Due to certain U.S. Government Contracting restrictions, U.S. Citizenship required.
- Possess or willing to ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

- Advanced degree (JD or MBA) preferred.
- Ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate complex agreements.
- Government contracting experience including FAR / DFAR knowledge desirable.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
