• Lead a team of Product Managers to successfully achieve business objectives.
• Prioritize, develop and execute outcome-based roadmaps, business models and go-to-market plans.
• Plan, package and launch capabilities into the market to drive towards strategic goals.
• Work directly with customers and business partners to promote product capabilities, understand pain points, discuss enhancement requests, and engage various disciplines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders including Design, Development, Support, Sales, Services and Business Partners.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years experience in each of the following:

• Product management, product development, or other customer-facing roles
• Ability to lead teams to achieve business objectives
• Confident and engaging public speaker with the ability to influence others
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience working directly with customers and Sales
• Interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and business focals
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and move forward in the face of ambiguity
