Provides leadership and direction through managers for providing perspective of customer process and device roadmaps (N to N+2) for a broad function area.
Recognized as a technology expert: N, N+1, N+2
Identifies inflections, threats and opportunities for share and TAM growth. Determines segmentation & requirements.
Designs alternative technology solutions
For TD Process Integration: identifies cross-BU opportunities and DPY HVP
Required skills:
Strong multi-discipline technical background
Experience in drivinglarge R&D initiatives in the semiconductor process technology.
Extensive experience in semiconductor technology design, technology, and reliability co-optimization for different market segments.
Large experiencewith TCAD (technology computer aided design) device or process simulation tools.
ability to manage product developments
efining roadmap for future technology and products;
Experience in definingstrategies, and processes addressing high value problems (HVP)
Good systematic thinking, analytical skill and problem solving
xcellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Publications thatin such areas as device physics or process flow physics
Experience and education level requirements
: Ph.D.preferred or equivalent experiencein Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related STEM field.
10+ work experience as aof engineering or in a similar senior-level position in semiconductor industriespreferably with
