YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years’ experience and expertise within technical or business field

Direct Management of Staff of Development Program Managers
Principles and Processes development & improvements
Financial performance to AOP (Annual Operating Plant) and 3-year strategic plan
Expert in Earned Value Management
Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation
Communication at all levels of org on reporting/reviews
Understand and mitigate EAC growth
