Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Workforce Excellence to become a key contributor to the LSS business $100M+ by 2025.
• Developing the vision and tactics to achieve strategic plan objectives.
• Manage a proforma P&L for WE
• Maintain an insatiable curiosity for the marketplace and work with development team and key business leaders across the company to bring technology developments to market enhancing our offering.
• Lead the customer relations with key customers in the WE space developing executive sponsorship.
• Develop strategic partnerships with other vendors in the space that complement Honeywell’s offering whilst also identifying potential acquisition targets
• Drive an effective operating system that will deliver on short term and long term commitments
• Influence & Collaborate across business units
• Resolve complex issues
• Influence decision at all levels
• Develop talent through guidance and coaching
• Clarify key issues & actions

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years’ experience and expertise within technical or business field

• Has authority, is accountable for program excellence
• Direct Management of Staff of Development Program Managers
• Principles and Processes development & improvements
• Financial performance to AOP (Annual Operating Plant) and 3-year strategic plan
• Expert in Earned Value Management
• Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation
• Communication at all levels of org on reporting/reviews
• Understand and mitigate EAC growth
• Mentoring/leading across direct reports, peers and stakeholders
