Consults with external customers and implements new IT solutions and/or replaces existing IT solutions
Develops and offers integrated, end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational and financial goals and positions Dell for rapidly growing business
Responsible for translating the client’s business and technical requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complex technology solutions and integrating architecture
Intel Technology lead for OSE & SE organization in CSG driving NPU & AI PC adoption
Responsible for Enablement of the technical organization on Intel products
Supporting sales & extended team directly with overcoming technical objections for Intel issues
Technical Liaison with Intel FAEs & Dell internal partners/account teams
Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with Dell internal extended teams around Intel products (FPM,Support,PG,CT,Services)
Essential Requirements
Good organizational, customer service and communication skills
Professional presentation skills
Experience in Information Technology areas comprising any of the following:
Systems Administration/Integration, Professional Services/Consulting, Hands-on experience with End-User environments including deploying desktops, building servers, or 4+ years of technical business-related pre-sales experience.
Ability to prioritize and balance your schedule in a flexible work environment
Desirable Requirements
Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Server OS 2012/2016, or Windows 10/11 experience (Technical Certification a plus)
Systems Management experience (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM))
