Consultant – Risk Analytics
As our Consultant you’ll help us deliver risk-focused data and analytics projects for clients in a diverse range of industries, applying a blend of business and technical skills to deliver insights through data.
This position is based in Boorloo – Perth.
Your key responsibilities
- Be part of a growing team of Risk Analytics specialists, supporting analytics and broader risk management offerings to top-tier clients across multiple industries and helping to spread data literacy and enthusiasm for data, analytics, and technology across EY.
- Tackle interesting and complex client challenges, working with transactional and operational data in a range of industries and areas to solve real-world business problems
- Work closely with clients at all levels and in all sectors to use data to understand their business, identify opportunities, and quantify the challenges they face.
Skills and attributes for success
- Keen problem-solving skills and business acumen, including time management, spoken and written communication, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, data preparation, and/or data visualisation. Familiarity with one or more relevant tools and techniques for processing data or programming languages (SQL, Python, R) is also a plus, however we will work with you to give you the technical skills needed to succeed in the role.
- Experience working with data to solve business problems and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver, communicate, and present business insights.
