About the role

This is arole in which you will provide professional Helpdesk and hands-on technical support to the site.


What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot and support laptops, Windows & Mac.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software licenses
  • Office 365 experience.
  • Printers installations.
  • Network and connectivity.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot operating systems.
  • Install and configure network equipment.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

The position requires 2 days a week at the office.

If you want to join our journey, you’ll need:

  • Up to 1 year hands-on helpdesk/PC technician experience
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac environments
  • Excellent English - written and spoken skills.
  • Problem solving, multitasking with self-learning capabilities

Nice to have:

  • Okta
  • Zoho – ManageEngine
  • knowledge of networking TCP/IP
