About the roleThis is arole in which you will provide professional Helpdesk and hands-on technical support to the site.
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot and support laptops, Windows & Mac.
- Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software licenses
- Office 365 experience.
- Printers installations.
- Network and connectivity.
- Deploy and troubleshoot operating systems.
- Install and configure network equipment.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
The position requires 2 days a week at the office.
If you want to join our journey, you’ll need:
- Up to 1 year hands-on helpdesk/PC technician experience
- Service-oriented attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac environments
- Excellent English - written and spoken skills.
- Problem solving, multitasking with self-learning capabilities
Nice to have:
- Okta
- Zoho – ManageEngine
- knowledge of networking TCP/IP
