  • Monitor and follow up all SCS initiatives related to supply chain risks and VAVE / BOM reduction projects by 1) managing databases, 2) re-engineering business process flows, 3) working with systems team for digitalization and AIinitiatives
  • Coordinate with different teams in direct material purchasing in Asia and collaborate with other functions for implementing SCS initiatives
Your responsibilitieswill be to:
  • Analyze reports, of Teams KPI results using Power BI reports and prepare summary slides for further review with management.
  • Identify action plan / scenarios for key improvements on sourcing initiatives and strategies based on supply chain analytics.
  • Align with Global Systems team on implementing newer digitalization and AI initiatives in the region
  • Review work-flow and ensure supply chain risks are addressed, Create implementation plan and follow-up implementation of policies at SCS region.
  • Collaborate with other functions in implementing SCS initiatives
Our requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of working experience in business improvement role, previous exposure in Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Supplier and Commodity Management, Manufacturing Process and Raw Material understanding
  • Ability to understand complexities in process-flows and assimilate into policies
  • Critical thinking to ensure all risks are addresses when policies/procedures are written
  • Ability to conduct trainings on systems and processes
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint presentations, Power BI, understanding of ERP systems. Flexibility to adopt in new IT environment like AI, Azzure etc.
  • Good communication skills, fluency in written & spoken English is a must
