We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development (Strategic Development) for Europe. In this role, you will drive four key initiatives:First, you will secure new and manage existing distribution partnerships for our consumer subscriptions portfolio (including Prime, Prime Video), with major telecommunications companies and multichannel video programming distributors across Europe.Second, you will help shape and champion Fuse EU's mid to long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with our global objectives and marketplace opportunities.Third, you will spearhead innovative partnerships in emerging verticals such as energy, sports, finance, and media, while developing new commercial frameworks that drive mutual value.Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies with Telecom, Media distribution companies and other segments across European marketplaces
• Foster senior partner executive relationships and drive deal re-negotiations, while maintaining effective cross-departmental alignment
• Source and negotiate complex partnership agreements, managing the full cycle from initial contact through to contract signing
• Lead internal approvals and due diligence processes, ensuring deals meet stakeholder needs and secure business approval
• Drive Fuse EU's mid to long-term strategy development, ensuring alignment with global teams and product roadmaps
• Maintain a pipeline of innovative deal pilots across new verticals and commercial constructs, ensuring proper resourcing, delivery, and evaluation of learning outcomes
• Position the EU as an innovation hub for the global Fuse business through strategic test and learn pilots
