Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following:.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in writing, engineering, or scientific-related field.
- 2 years of experience with technical writing or as an Information Architect or Content Strategist.
- 2 years of experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams.
- Experience researching and writing documentation for DevOps practitioners and/or developers (e.g., APIs, SDKs, web technologies).
- Experience working with engineers and product managers as part of the software development process.
- Knowledge of HTML, with additional prerequisites for certain roles.
