A day in the life
• Independently manage a team that designs and delivers supply chain solutions, capable of managing complex initiatives and deeper stakeholder relationships with considerable impact.
• Represent your team autonomously to leaders and require minimal guidance from your management. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to help prioritize successful results for customers to whom your team provides supply chain solutions.
• Responsible for team's metrics and their engagement/development. Sharing best practices in supply chain management with your team to help them improve project efficiency.
• Your influence extends at least 2 levels up across multiple functions and will participate in Amazon’s planning process.

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
- Experience with six sigma methodologies
