Job Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed on time, resolving exceptions and client inquiries efficiently.
- Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and contribute to the Checker organization.
- Quickly identify errors and provide constructive oral and written feedback to the maker.
- Conduct root cause analysis on errors and develop strategies to improve accuracy.
- Maintain a control mindset, staying alert to issues and risks that could impact processes or the organization.
- Propose and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, as well as process improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate excellent client focus and customer care practices, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced level of English.
- Thorough understanding of legal language to interpret documents and assess their impact on the firm.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Client focus and customer care practices.
- Willingness and flexibility to work during US hours.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in middle or back office operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes is preferred.
