We are looking for talented software engineers with industry experience and skills such as cloud computing, large-scale system design, and backend development to take our products to the next level. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable history of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading team members to build backend services.
• Experience in delivering and driving architecture design review.
• Be able to communicate with foreigner in English.
• Experienced in cloud platform development including, but not limited to Azure, GCP and AWS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong collaborative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in building a substantial Cloud-Native Application.
• Maps and Geospatial experience.
• An understanding of Azure services suchas AzureKubernetes Service, Azure Key Vault, AzureCosmosDB, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus, Azure Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door, and Azure Load Balancer.
• Any full-stack development experience.

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

As a technical member of Azure Maps, you willbe responsible forbuilding world-class Maps and Geospatial services. You will gain experience in the full development lifecycle fromto production, including design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale services.

• Design and develop features for Azure Maps backend services.
• Design and develop features for Azure Maps APIs.
• Deliver unit/integration/end-to-end tests, Azure DevOps build/release pipelines, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Work closely with engineers and technical program managers across sites.
• Have fun while doing it.
