Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive projects to deliver integrated solutions for upgrading traditional and hybrid feedstocks (e.g., plastics, renewable and conventional feeds) into valuable fuels and petrochemicals.
Enable vision for Conversion Outcomes in future hybrid feedstock scenarios through advanced system engineering methods including molecule management.
Contribute toward enabling growth in testing capacity and digitization efforts in hydroprocessing.
Lead cross functional teams including specialists from R&D, Engineering, Technical Service and Manufacturing for the development of new solutions for the conversion technology areas.
Develop and implement robust project plans to meet technology delivery commitments on schedule and within budget constraints.
Lead pilot plant experimentation and drive model-based design of experiments (MBDOE) approach to build effectiveness and agility.
Build awareness of the market, competition, and new developments, and contribute toward IP strategy and AOP through alignment with business strategy to build a strong pipeline of sustainable solutions that will drive growth.
YOU MUST HAVE
B.S. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
5+ years of experience in a Technology, Engineering, Research & Development, or Technical Service role within the refining and petrochemical industries.

Strong interest and dedication to R&D work.
Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
Strong understanding of chemical engineering, catalysis and adsorbent fundamentals and their application in the development of refining and petrochemical process technology.
Experience in using process simulation tools such as UniSim and Aspen.
Experience in developing and executing experimental plans including the use of statistical tools for data analysis.
