In this role, you will:

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
• Lead or participate on large cross group projects
• Mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in information technology, business, or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of experience required.
• 4+ years of working experience in automation using Alteryx with finance model execution, workflow management, or workflow automation design and management.
• 4+ years of working with processes that leverage SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python
• BFSI experience is must
• 4+ years of Finance organization (i.e., Capital Markets, Treasury, Asset & Liability Management etc.) related work. Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
• Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
• Experience in Process Improvements / Automation / Business Transformation
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in the use of MS excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present to senior level executives.
