About the role:

The Clinical Trial Manager oversees the operational execution of clinical studies for BSC’s Renal Denervation (RDN) portfolio. This role ensures seamless study implementation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination to achieve trial objectives. This role will report to Senior Director, Clinical Trials Renal Denervation.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading clinical trial operations, including study planning, site selection, and execution.
  • Overseeing trial budgets, timelines, contracts, and vendor management to ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Coordination of regulatory documentation and submissions in coordination with Regulatory Affairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ISO 14155, and FDA regulations.
  • Facilitating internal communication among clinical project teams and leadership.
  • Tracking and reporting study progress, maintaining continuous audit readiness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on study logistics, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinating the development of protocols, informed consents, and study materials in partnership with trial stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant clinical trial management experience with a, or 6 years with a master’s degree.
  • Proven experience managing clinical trials from an operational and project execution standpoint.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, including GCP and ISO 14155.
  • Proven ability to oversee vendor relationships and Contract Research Organizations (CRO)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in medical device clinical trials; familiarity with cardiovascular studies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage trial logistics, regulatory processes, and cross-functional coordination effectively.

Maximum Salary: $ 188300

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
