Job Description

In this role you will advance the state of the art in ultrasound diagnoses and improve healthcare efficiency.

Your role:

  • To develop and enable cross-functional coordination within the Philips Ultrasound Medical and Clinical Affairs team to accelerate data acquisition activities and clinical validation studies for next generation ultrasound devices and Machine Learning algorithms. Ensure seamless integration with other Philips Ultrasound functions including: Research and Development, and Product Management.

  • Medical and Clinical Affairs teams by integrating and enabling Medical Affairs & Safety and Clinical Development and Operations teams. In addition, you will partner directly with the Ultrasound Head of Medical and Clinical to project, manage, and be responsible for enabling operational excellence in enabling internal data acquisition for image optimization.

  • Develop a first-class information management capability by implementing systematic adoption of applications such as Confluence, SharePoint, etc.. to enable active and iterative documentation that facilitates learning and improvement across individual team members.

  • Lead Ultrasound Daily Management KPI reporting and task management through the utilization of Kanban boards and development of progress report dashboards.

  • Create a culture of agile project management with clear and efficient requirements documentation.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of project or program management experience.

  • Your skills include experience with agile project management methodology and software applications (such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops..) and information management applications (e.g. Confluence, MS Forms)

  • Experience managing financials, resource management, and metrics reporting to leadership.

  • Experience creating dashboards with PowerBI, Tableau.

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Experience in clinical studies (healthcare setting, real-world data, medical devices) is a plus.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
