Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering roles.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience working with display modules and their manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Experience with process engineering to develop and scale manufacturing and test processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing functional engineering teams, and project management including data handling, documentation, and organization.
- Experience in OLED panel/module design, process, and manufacturing, and with waveguide and micro-LED modules.
- Experience launching new products for Contract Manufacturers and Original Device Manufacturers.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems.
- Experience in OLED material development/display optical characterization.
- Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
