About the Role

For this, you will lead projects to define methodologies and processes, for accurately assigning products to their respective brand Manufacturers as well as initiatives to collect product content data to build and maintain Manufacturer catalogs complete and updated.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Track KPIs related to the CPG onboarding process and attribute coverage, freshness, and accuracy.
• Create and lead initiatives and projects to improve these KPIs and CPG catalog quality and completeness.
• Work with commercial teams to define a CPG prioritization plan that follows the business definitions and objectives with an engagement strategy.
• Drive CPG engagement to onboard them to Uber through Third-Party companies to receive all needed information and content.Work and collaborate with CPGs and Catalog teams to scope and model all relevant attributes needed for different aspects of the business.
• Collaborate with Catalog teams to define processes and opportunities for improvement aiming to have full attribute coverage and freshness of these CPG catalogs in all relevant merchants.

Basic Qualifications

• Analytical problem solver: you possess a strong analytical attitude, enjoy critical thinking, and can derive insights from data.
• Technical proficiency: you’re proficient in SQL.
• English proficiency: you’ll need to communicate on a regular basis with people from across the globe.
• Organization and management capacities: you excel at maintaining order and structure even within complex projects, and are able to prioritize and run tasks effectively.
• Effective communication: you're a skilled communicator, have an open mind to new or out-of-the-box ideas, and aren’t afraid to voice your opinion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in commercial areas with client management.
