What you’ll do:- Provide the day-to-day management of talent development experiences, including overall responsibility for strategy, design, delivery, evaluation, and ongoing relationship management with internal and external collaborators and partners
- Consult with leadership and People Business Partners to understand and address development needs, identifies appropriate sponsorship for initiatives and programs, and ensures alignment with business partners
- Provide both strategic and operational support for a mix of innovative development, teaming, and coaching programs, including budget, vendor, and partner management
- Develop specific evaluation and assessment tools to measure impact, including: business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, and improved behaviors clearly proven
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and scalability of development initiatives
- Develop and maintains learning assets, curriculum, and an array of executive development standard methodologies that align with organizational goals and values
- Leads multi-stakeholder special projects as needed, including developing project teams, handling priorities, and delivering results
Qualifications:- Demonstrated senior leadership development subject matter expertise
- Master’s degree or graduate certificate in Business Administration, Leadership/Organization Development (OD), or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of dynamic Leadership/OD/OE experience within large organizations or equally sophisticated environments
- Expert facilitator capable of consistently and optimally influencing senior leaders
- Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and standard processes, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment
- Extensive experience delivering leadership development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including high-touch face-to-face and live-online using a variety of technologies.
- Ability to establish a strong presence with leaders at all levels
- Track record of driving positive organizational change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, influencing, and partner leadership skills
- Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is 203,000-266,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
