Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in technology sales or account management, with a specific focus on the education or public/government sector and pedagogical concepts.
Experience presenting to and building relationships with various stakeholders at academic institutions or enterprises.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of experience in education technology, enterprise software, account management, or a related field.
Experience in successfully executing go-to-market strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other transformative technologies, including supporting customer adoption and change management.
Understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique issues and decision-making processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
