About The Job

Well-qualified home-based applicants within the U.S. will be considered to work remotely; however, those in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone are preferred.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality Red Hat training classes virtually on an onsite; primarily focused on technologies like OpenShift, Ansible, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux

• Develop, prepare, and deliver custom workshops and webinars as needed

• Assess learning needs and develop training plans for customers

• Be inclusive and interact with all attendees

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a technical instructor

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Certification; additional certifications are a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or industry equivalent experience

• Experience with application development or application modernization

• Knowledge of application architectures like application servers, integration patterns, microservices, JEE, continuous integration (CI) and continuous development (CD), build management, etc.

• Knowledge of and experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and container technologies like Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Knowledge of and experience with other Red Hat (or related technologies) such as RHEL and Ansible

• Ability to deliver high-quality training sessions both in person and virtually

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies

• Willingness to travel up to 60% to customer locations throughout NA

• Good situational awareness

• Ability to adapt and pivot easily without explicit instruction

• U.S. citizenship

• A government security clearance a plus, but not a requirement

The salary range for this position is $94,010.00 - $150,410.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
