This job delivers complete fullstack solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). It involves advising management on project-level issues, guiding junior engineers, operating with little supervision, and applying knowledge of technical best practices.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
• Advises immediate management on project-level issues
• Guides junior engineers
• Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
• Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions

Expected Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• 6 to 8+ years of proficiency in front-end technologies like Java, Spring Boot, React, Node & Next JS.
• Strong skills in Hibernate, REST, Maven, GitHub, and other open-source Java libraries.
• Experience developing data-driven applications using an industry standard RDBMS (Oracle, etc.), including strong data architecture and SQL development skills.
• Be a UI technical expert engineer and execute with excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong understanding of software development/ delivery lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithm concepts, as well as database design, tuning and query optimization.
• Identifyanyproduct/functionalitygapsand collaborate internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery.
• Strong debugging and problem resolution skills and focus on automation, and test-driven development.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment.
• Knowledge on data modelling skills with relational databases, elastic search (Kibana), Hadoop.
• Experience with REST API’s, Web Services, JMS, Unit Testing and build tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to grasp and convey complex product requirements or technical concepts.
• Mentor other engineers and developers by providing technical and business-related guidance.
