The Ford Electrified Systems Engineering team is looking for a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Systems Engineer to help design and maintain current and future HIL battery simulators which serve as the testbeds for Battery Management System (BMS) software validation. You will work in a team environment to deliver HIL battery simulator testbeds on time with efficiency and quality.

As a HIL Systems Engineer, you will develop expertise in electric and hybrid vehicle high voltage traction battery fundamentals, gain knowledge in vehicle electrical and communication architectures, and become familiar with Ford’s Global Product Development System.
