As a Cognyter you will:

• Work with project management team local and in headquarters to set the tone for technical implementations.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and sales team in Mexico to understand new projects and service implications to our customers.
• Implement new projects, from understanding all its technical requirements to do the actual hardware and software installation of the proposed Cognyte solution.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system and solution issue that may appear in our equipment.
• Be responsible of complete and constant communication with customers, agents and end-users to be able to implement and support Cogynte solutions in a remote and on-site.

For that mission you’ll need:

• A BA degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic or a related field.
• Passionate about technology in both hardware and software implementation and support and ability to learn new and uprising technology.
• Strong mechanical installations skills, from rack mounting, equipment distribution, power connections, cabling, and vehicle mechanics and electrical will be a plus.
• Strong Networking knowledge. (TCP/IP protocol, Basic routing, switching, SIP, SIP-I, RTP, E1)
• Infrastructure Deploy/Management. (Server management, Operating systems, Windows Server, Linux).
• Basic cellular telephony and telco technology. (3G, 4G, Packet data, LTE, IMS VoLTE, antenna positioning)
• Virtualization. Vmware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V.
• Strong personality with customer centric mind-set.
• Proficient in English and willing to travel.

Desire skills:

• Linux administrator.
• Storage technologies (SAN, NAS).
• Containers (Dockers, Kubernetes).
• BigData (Hadoop, Apache).
• Wireshark debugging.
• Database knowledge SQL.
• DataCenter Management (Cabling, electrical systems, racking, air conditioning).
