Key Responsibilities:
• Play a critical role in the creation and evolution of EY's Reward strategy, incorporating industry-leading initiatives that keep our compensation and benefits programs at the forefront of the market.
• Support the annual salary review process, proposal development, execution, communications and system implementation where you will take charge of building and maintaining the Pay Review system, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization.
• Support other compensation related programmes to ensure fit for purpose and ongoing management
• Lead benchmarking activities and survey participation, shaping our Reward strategy
• Analyse data to identify trends and generate innovative solutions to address emerging challenges.
• Lead the EY’s benefits portfolio, ensuring our offerings are benchmarked, managed and communicated clearly and resonate with employees
• Support strategic reward projects where required
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
