What you’ll do

The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

  • Supporting Sales in shaping deals for SAP's customers and coordinate activities across multi-functional teams from a deal’s quote to its closing.
  • Reviewing and approving deals while ensuring compliance and completeness of quotes.
  • Preparing contractual documents from templates as well as drafting legal language for deal specifics.
  • Guiding and advising our internal stakeholders, especially the Sales team, on approvals, policies, and contracting requirements.
  • Playing an active role to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements.

What you bring

  • University Degree, preferably in Business or Economics, is advantageous.
  • Language skills in German (C1 required) and English (B2).
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and find solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Diligent work ethic and strong analytical skills.
  • Internal and external "Customer Focus" approach.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and "can do" attitude.
  • Previous experience in sales supporting functions is a plus.
