YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We offer a position that allows you to serve as a business process consultant for Premium Engagement service delivery in the following areas:

• As a User Experience expert, you will guide customers through technical, methodological, and functional UX topics during their SAP software implementation. You will also lead the efficient transformation of role concepts, including the integration of SAP Fiori for our clients.
• As a specialist in business transformation, you will leverage SAP Signavio alongside a “Suite first” solution landscape and the integrated toolchain to facilitate successful transformations.
• As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with experts from various SAP departments to provide comprehensive support and guidance for our customers throughout their journey.

YOUR PROFILE

• A university degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience around UX or business transformation with SAP Signavio.
• A strong customer-centric approach with a dedication to quality.
• Excellent communication skills, characterized by a constructive and transparent style, suitable for both team interactions and customer-facing roles. Proficiency in German and English is required.
• Exceptional analytical and logical abilities, coupled with the capacity to swiftly grasp and master innovative technologies.
• Basic programming skills and experience in at least one programming language.
• A passion for keeping up-to-date with the rapidly evolving IT landscape and technologies, and the confidence to propose innovative methods to enhance customer success.
