Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with 3GPP standardization in 5G and 4G.
- Experience in preparing documents for 3GPP RAN1/RAN2 meetings.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of 3GPP 5G RAN1/RAN2 specifications and functionalities.
- Knowledge of 3GPP 5G Layer 2 and Reliability Risk Control (RRC).
