What You’ll Do
  • Assist with the planning and execution of targeted marketing plans across digital channels, social media, events, Tesla retail locations and print to achieve marketing goals
  • Aid the team to develop, manage, implement and report on comprehensive email strategies to engage with key partners to support sales goals, and strengthen the relationship
  • Assist with and coordinate marketing activities and logistics across the Tesla Energy organization and in collaboration with Motors teams, ensuring the timely deployment of materials and equipment needed to support these activities
  • Help build impactful marketing strategy decks for internal audiences and support and work in collaboration with local stakeholders
  • Support the team planning and executing in-store events and trade shows
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all Certified Installers operate within the Tesla marketing guidelines
  • Coordinate documentation and assets for our key partners, making sure they are updated and available within Tesla’s proprietary platforms.
  • Assist the team for the development of customer facing documents and promotional materials to support our marketing activities
  • Support coordinating internal communication campaigns with other stakeholders
  • Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns – use data to optimize and improve campaign performance and deliver detailed post-implementation report on programs
What You’ll Bring
  • Currently studying Marketing or another relevant field, or evidence of exceptional ability
  • Level C1 in English and German (written and spoken)
  • A creative attitude focused on new ideas, innovation and problem-solving big challenges
  • Clear ownership mentality and willingness to drive projects
  • Positive “can do” attitude, passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others
  • Experience in renewable energy being a plus
  • Ability to travel (~20%) within the region, but could include global destinations
