Your Role:
As a Medical Manager, you will be at the forefront of our organization, shaping clinical decision-making and delivering impactful solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Leadership of Patient Care Informatics: Leading care delivery in implementation projects with full control of the clinical services portfolio.
Team Empowerment: Educating and inspiring our sales team to offer clinical solutions in LATAM.
Strategic Project Management: Overseeing the methodology behind the implementation of clinical processes, initiating innovative projects and ensuring their successful execution, achieving key business indicators.
Customer Focus: Building strong relationships with clients to offer solutions that will improve adoption of the EMR and meaningful use.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven project management expertise (PMP, Prince, SAFE Agile, or equivalent)
MD degree with a strong business acumen and corporate experience
Proficiency in TASY system with experience leading implementation or adoption projects
Master in Business Administration (MBA) is desirable
In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare market, some knowledge of LATAM market is desirable.
