Provide strategic Leadership to a multi-disciplined team consisting of a Field Service Manager, Service Operations Leader and Project Manager plus Service, Projects & Support specialists dealing with complex technical equipment and a highly sophisticated range of products and services.
Provide Accurate planning and forecasting of contract performance and partner with Field Service Manager and Project Managers on Orders, Revenue, Profit, Cash and Past Dues.
Work with the Field Service Manager, Project Manager & Service Operations Leader to develop and establish an operational plan to provide the path for the operational processes i.e., Applicable CRM and SAP.
Ensure Contract documentation is updated.
Ensure compliance with a contract specific HSE Plan and ensure that all required safety standards are understood and measured for full Honeywell compliance throughout the service business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Degree in engineering or relevant job experience in Industrial Environment.
Demonstrated technical background and leadership abilities. (Conceptualize, develop, and execute)
Finance – strong understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
Experience in Service and Project Management methodologies.
Excellent Communication skills – oral, written and presentation. (Local + English)
Negotiation and conflict management skills.
