In this role, you will:
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients, as well as cross-group administrative operations
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional area
- Perform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to Credit teams
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Loan Servicing team and functional area on wide range of loan servicing activities
- Interact and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, and all levels of management, staff, and cross-business units
- Provide training to less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and distribute complex work
- Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Quality review skills
- Leadership experience including training and providing performance feedback to staff/managers
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in building strong teams with a culture focused on partnering across groups, customer service and focus on managing a pipeline
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Job Expectations:
- Department operation hours are Monday-Friday, ranging from 7am-4pm. This position will work 3 days in office and 2 days remote
- Position may work rotational Saturdays as needed, all scheduling based on business need
Experience in Auto Servicing and systems used in Auto Servicing are preferred but not required
