Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and own the comprehensive product strategy and vision for McAfee's desktop applications.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance customer value and drive growth in the desktop portfolio.

Customer-Centric Focus

  • Leverage customer insights, feedback, and market research to inform product decisions.

  • Champion a user-first approach to create intuitive, secure, and delightful desktop experiences.

  • Work closely with UX teams to ensure accessibility, simplicity, and seamless user journeys.

Roadmap and Execution

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to integrate desktop app strategies with the broader McAfee ecosystem.

  • Act as the voice of the desktop product in executive discussions, influencing decisions with data-driven insights.

Innovation and Market Trends

  • Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics in desktop security and performance.

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI, cloud-based services, and other technologies to enhance the desktop experience.


About you:

  • Proven experience in product management, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.

  • Expertise in desktop applications, including Windows and iOS/Android platforms.

  • Good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including consumer security trends and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams.

  • Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.

The starting pay range for this position is $149,610.00-$245,790.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations. For further details, please discuss with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
