The Litigation program management is responsible for the strategic planning and management of Nokia Technologies litigation projects. In this role you will drive the program management, strategic planning and investment management of the litigation projects. You will work in close cooperation with key internal and external stakeholders including Global Litigation, TECH Finance, Licensing and Economic Analysis teams and the outside counsel network and contribute to strategic decision-making by senior leadership of Nokia Technologies.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Leading the Litigation program management function responsible for the development of litigation strategy, litigation program management and capability planning.
  • Leading investment planning in the area of litigation investment management and securing the optimal use of internal and external resources.
  • Overseeing existing litigation projects and ensuring that internal facts and legal/economic/FRAND argumentation are prepared ahead of litigation.
  • Contributing to the execution of TECH strategy by securing the seamless execution of the licensing strategy, working in close cooperation with TECH licensing and Global Litigation teams.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years of professional hands-on experience in the area of litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property management, licensing operations and/or cross border transactions.
  • Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent legal knowledge in the area of intellectual property related litigation and SEP licensing. Ability to resolve complex legal questions and secure effective strategy execution.
  • Strong team leader and cooperation skills with a proven track record of leading global and virtual organizations and effectively executing on strategy and making an impact beyond the own team.
  • Effective communications skills.
  • Master’s degree in law.
  • Admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
