Services & Solutions Delivery Senior Manager
Job DescriptionThe Services & Solutions Delivery Department is a multinational environment covering administrative tasks such as managing installed base records, creating and invoicing contracts, ordering spare parts, preparing quotations, and others.
Your role:
- Managing a team of team leaders and managers as direct reports
- Work closely with stakeholders from EMEA markets (customers, markets, functions, BUs)
- Coach, develop, and lead by example team members to help them deliver performance
- Provide ad-hoc support and manage escalations, with the ability to be flexible and stress-resistant
- Cooperate with others to achieve targets, using lean and problem-solving approaches for any challenges that occurred

You're the right fit ifyou have:
- At least 8 years of total experience, including a few years of managing peopleand a minimum of two years of managing team leaders/coordinators (larger teams of 40+)
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Lean Management and Change Management
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive transformation projects
- Knowledge of SAP, ServiceMax, or Salesforce and proficient MS Excel skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills at different levels, including strong managerial, conflict management skills, stress resistance and ability to manage escalations
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
- Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries
