What you’ll achieveAs anyou will be a member of our internally facing, corporate Cybersecurity Security Architecture organization with responsibility for contributing significant security experience and technical skillset across a variety of projects and engagements. You will be considered a security and technical expert and will assist in the development and communication of authoritative security-focused policies, standards, guidelines, and control requirements. You will be responsible for engaging stakeholders to perform gap analysis against the existing environment as well make recommendations to Cybersecurity Leadership. You will work with business partners and other internal stakeholders on cross-functional teams to provide Identity and Access Management strategies, roadmaps, and program related items to improve the posture of the global organization.
You will:
- Provide clear guidance on Identity and Access Management security best practices
- Develop reference architecture and secured Identity and Access Management designs to be leveraged by product teams
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for Identity and Access Management technologies and capabilities which will include: Modern Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, Secrets Management, and Zero Trust frameworks
- Meet with stakeholders and business leaders to understand and document use cases that can be leveraged in the creation of architectural artifacts
Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise experience in Identity and Access Management with working knowledge of enterprise hybrid cloud environments or equivalent skill
- Security and Cloud certificationssuch asCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Amazon AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Strong working knowledge of Identity and Access Management Control Standards and Procedures Experience applied by setting strategy for Identity and Access Management security controls in big data and multi-cloud environments
- Practical understanding and experience building/designing/operating Identity and Access Management technologies to include: Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO)/Federation, Privileged Access, Secrets Vaulting, Directory Services, and Identity Store.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with implementation and maturation of security controls against industry-recognized security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and PCI-DSS
