Co-ordinates and manages all tender administration.
Effectively maintains internal tenders database.
Builds effective relationships with Divisional Managers and secures quality time with them to discuss pricing, sales deals and tenders reviews.
Builds strong networks within Boston Scientific.
As interface to Customers and Sales Representative has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors. Act as needed to support and facilitate any field corrective action related his/her scope.
Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
Central point of contact for all pricing management.
Responsible for correct sales deals and pricing information in SAP or SEAP.
Builds effective relationships with field sales to ensure compliance with Pricing Policy.
Identifies and recommends action for pricing problems with Sales Managers.
Who are we looking for:
Bachelor degree
1 - 3 years experience either in pricing and or tenders (SEAP and public acquisitions would be a plus)
Results oriented and capable to work with strict deadlines
Strong and clear communication in both Romanian and English
Proficiency in MS Excel
Teamplayer with a flexible and supportive attitude
CRM knowledge/ experience with Service Cloud or Salesforce would be a plus.
