is looking for a Senior Workplace Specialist to take responsibility and ownership of maintaining ourNew Yorkoffice, affectionately known as HQ2. You will hold a wide range of responsibilities such as timely triage and solving incoming tickets, preventive maintenance activities, owning vendor relations & so much more.

You will help create and maintain the essence of our monday culture - a pleasant, aesthetic, functional & safe work environment that inspires our employees, guests and partners.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role

is looking for a Senior Workplace Specialist to take responsibility and ownership of maintaining our
New Yorkoffice, affectionately known as HQ2. You will hold a wide range of responsibilities such as timely triage and solving incoming tickets, preventive maintenance activities, owning vendor relations & so much more.

You will help create and maintain the essence of our monday culture - a pleasant, aesthetic, functional & safe work environment that inspires our employees, guests and partners.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our NYC office.

  • Ownership of key Workplace domains, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within our New York regional headquarters
  • Address & solve facilities related tickets within SLA while identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently
  • Enhance employee experience by collaborating with People Experience, Internal Events & other key stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate and execute office maintenance activities with both Property Management & external vendors
  • Help plan and execute any facility related project such as office events for our employees, partners and guests; arrange company storage; liquidation; sustainability initiatives etc.
  • Monitor and operate facilities systems, such as; physical security, HVAC, MEP while providing a timely response to any office emergency situations, including outside of normal business hours
  • Manage relevant vendor relationships and assist in sourcing additional/alternate partners as needed
  • Engaging with employees and stakeholders to coordinate facilities related projects
  • Innovative mindset to create or improve upon existing procedures in order to streamline operations
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in workplace/office management or similar roles (fast pace environment – big plus)
  • Previous experience in facilities related projects, such as office build outs, internal moves, etc.
  • Demonstrated success establishing procedures and protocols for all facets of workplace operations
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with a customer centric approach
  • Proven experience with running a functional, engaging, aesthetic environment: facilities management, workplace service providers and housekeeping team
  • Multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - a must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage
