Tax Advisor, International Tax and Transaction Tax Services (International Corporate Tax Advisory) (Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1634392), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field and 2 years of U.S. tax experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field and 1 year of U.S. tax experience.Must have 1 year of experience in U.S. domestic and cross-border tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning.Must have 1 year of experience with inbound or outbound transaction consulting, including international tax research, planning and/or compliance.Must have 1 year of experience in supervising the planning and execution of projects, including managing budgets.Must have at least one of the following: 1) active CPA certification; 2) sufficient coursework/experience requirements (as determined by state Board of Accountancy) to obtain CPA certification within one year of hire; 3) US State Bar license; or 4) sufficient coursework/experience requirements (as determined by state Board of Law Examiners) to obtain US State Bar license within one year of hire.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
