Provide clients with tax guidance and planning related to tax compliance and reporting. Analyze implementation of new tax laws and tax methods of accounting, as well as tax calculations for compliance. Responsible for identifying complex tax issues and providing recommended solutions by conducting research and/or position development. Perform research and analysis on related accounting and tax issues. Prepare complex financial closings and tax compliance filings. Compile and evaluate complex data, computations, documentation, and various tax and accounting technologies. Keep informed of current tax developments and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations. Assist in the development of recommendations and implementation plans.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, Economics or a related field, and 2 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience; OR a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, Economics or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience.Must have 1 year of experience with financial and tax applications, including one or a combination of the following: Go Systems, One Source TP, and/or Corp Tax.Must have 1 year of experience using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Must have 1 year of experience drafting financial closings and tax compliance filings.Requires travel up to 10% in order to serve client needs.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
